We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Phillips State Prison. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to patient needs.
- Work under the direction of the DON and/or Nursing Supervisor to ensure patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
- Competitive hourly rate: $41-$46 an hour.
