Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $40,540 and $43,800, based on a per-contact hour rate of $1,027 or $1,066 respectively, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that salaries may vary based on factors such as location, department, and job requirements.

Job Summary
We are seeking an Adjunct teaching faculty member to provide instruction aligned with the college's strategic goals and evaluate students' progress to facilitate achievement of their educational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student learning, and providing support services to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Instruction: Conduct assigned classes and/or labs, prepare lessons, provide course syllabus, and verify student enrollment.
  • Evaluate Student Progress: Keep accurate records of student performance, provide timely feedback, and refer students to support services as needed.
  • Provide Student Assistance: Accommodate special needs students and provide referrals to relevant resources.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Anthropology or a related field with 18 graduate credits in Anthropology.
  • Desired Qualifications: Teaching experience in a community college environment.

Work Environment
