Job Description

This role is a key part of our team, working with us to deliver high-quality healthcare services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and possess a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using discretion when handling confidential information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, pre-pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a pharmacy technician (PTCB or ExCPT) in the state where the position is located.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with prior experience in retail pharmacy, customer service, or healthcare settings who are looking to transition into a challenging and rewarding role.

The estimated salary for this role is between $17.75 and $24.00 per hour, depending on location and qualifications. This pay range represents the base hourly rate for all positions within this job grade, and actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance.
