Machine Builder Technician

About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Builder to join our team at Simpson Strong-Tie Company, Inc. in Fulton, Missouri. As a Machine Builder, you will be responsible for building wood-cutting machine products in a timely manner and consistent with our safety, quality, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build technical machinery products using hand, power, and technical tools (90%).
- Organize, clean, arrange, and maintain tools and work area. Complete training as required to ensure you are working in accordance with relevant legislation and safety guidelines (10%).
Physical Requirements and Work Environment: This role operates large equipment while standing for approximately 8-12 hours, regularly twisting and bending in a repetitive motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is $20.29 - $30.43 per hour, based on location and experience.
