Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a tidy workspace at all times, adhering to 5S principles;
  • Conduct necessary preventative maintenance on designated presses within established timelines;
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections on produced components to ensure compliance with customer specifications;
  • Apply lubrication to parts according to established work instructions;
  • Interpret routers, blueprints, and sketches to ascertain dimensional specifications and operational requirements;
  • Assist machine operators with the handling of raw and finished materials;
  • Utilize other warehouse equipment as needed;
  • Operate a punch press machine effectively;
  • Cut raw materials to specified dimensions;
  • Measure both raw materials and finished products accurately;
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment;
  • Perform sanding, grinding, and deburring using hand and power tools;
  • Transport items and parts throughout the shop using a pallet jack;
  • Count and sort finished products efficiently;
  • Conduct quality checks upon completion of production.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or machine operation;
  • Strong mathematical abilities;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently;
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
