Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team in opening a new, casual dining, creative Italian restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a proven track record of success in kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that showcase creative Italian cuisine
• Lead and manage a team of junior chefs and kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of kitchen experience, including leadership and management roles
