Montessori Elementary Support Educator

We are seeking a full-time Support Educator who is eager to engage in our comprehensive Montessori Elementary Training Program, preparing for a future role as a lead educator in our enriching environment.
Our exceptional team of Montessori Mentors is here to guide your professional growth, offering constructive feedback and enhancing your teaching skills as you refine your educational practice. This position also provides the chance to be mentored by an outstanding group of lead elementary educators, managing one of the premier Montessori elementary classrooms nationwide.
Our elementary program stands out with its unique mixed-age Montessori community, where children from first to third grade learn together in a vibrant social setting. It fosters the Montessori principles of independence and self-discipline, featuring highly personalized lessons and extended periods of focused work. - A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Elementary Education)
- Experience in STEM education
