  • Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes with precision and accuracy.
  • Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case.
  • Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and report any discrepancies to management.
