Job Title: Physical Therapy Technician

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapy Technician. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the necessary support to reach their recovery objectives and improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and accommodate patient needs for success in therapy
- Educate patients on equipment usage, safety, and correct application of therapeutic modalities
- Assist with light exercises, strengthening techniques, and ensure proper communication with patients, physicians, and staff members
- Maintain treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to Team's initiative of making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) a priority
- Pursuing physical therapist or other healthcare degree preferred
