Primary Duties:

  • Configure and operate CNC lathe machinery
  • Adhere to job specifications, operational rates, and established protocols
  • Utilize technical documents, manuals, and work orders effectively
  • Conduct inspections to ensure product quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and uphold cleanliness in the workspace
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programming
  • Coordinate machining operations with engineering teams and fellow operators
  • Maximize equipment efficiency and oversee production processes
  • Ensure finished components meet specified tolerances
  • Execute equipment repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain and clean measurement instruments
  • Comply with quality, safety, and operational standards
  • Assist with various assigned responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation
  • Familiarity with Okuma and Fanuc CNC systems
  • Basic machining skills including lathes, grinders, and mills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and utilize measuring tools
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Self-driven, proactive, and focused on quality
  • Fluency in English; willingness to work additional hours if needed
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM is advantageous but not essential
