Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled sales and customer service professional to join our team at Sares Regis Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting prospective residents, conducting tours of our beautiful 192-unit community, California Villages West Covina, and discussing the amenities and services we offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Interview prospective residents to determine their needs and qualifications.
- Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss the features and benefits of our community.
- Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications and lease documents.
- Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits and application fees.
- Promote positive resident relations and ensure a high-quality living experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience is essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; related experience and/or training are also acceptable.
- The ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public is crucial.
- Working well on a team and being an effective listener and communicator are vital skills for this role.
- Ability to work weekends is mandatory.
