Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Setup and Operation Set up, operate, and maintain machine tools to produce and repair precision parts.
Material Processing Machine variety of materials to drawing or order specifications, holding required tolerances.
Dimensional Calculations Calculate dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments.
Quality Control Check final products for accuracy, and make adjustments to machines as needed to ensure the best final product.
On-Site Work Occasionally work on-site with customers for repairs and installations.
Extended Work Hours Occasionally work outside of scheduled shifts to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Operational Skills Strong background in operating manual lathes and milling machines.
Familiarity with Tools Strong familiarity with precision tools.
Reading and Adjustment The ability to read drawings or job orders and make minor adjustments as needed to fulfill requirements.
Safety and Detail Excellent attention to safety and detail.
Work Ethic Good work ethic.
Driver's License Valid Driver's License.
