Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Norwood, North Carolina. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop targeted treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure students' progress and success.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid North Carolina license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals.
