Job Overview:

In the role of Sales Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing and engaging exceptional sales professionals to enhance our workforce. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you will gain insights into their specific recruitment needs and devise tailored strategies to efficiently fill vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, evaluate, and interview prospective candidates for sales roles through diverse channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  2. Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
  3. Design and implement effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier sales talent.
  4. Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, competencies, and alignment with company culture.
  5. Coordinate and arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  6. Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.

  8. Work in conjunction with the HR department to ensure adherence to company policies and relevant employment regulations.

  10. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Strong grasp of sales roles and the ability to evaluate candidates' sales capabilities and experiences.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is advantageous.
