Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Area Supervisor to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff to ensure quality care and services are provided to individuals served.
  • Develop and implement activity schedules and monitor staff adherence to procedures.
  • Monitor labor hours and ensure assigned service sites operate within budgetary guidelines.
  • Manage client funds, receipts, and documentation.
  • Ensure staffing ratios comply with regulatory and service plan requirements.
  • Prepare and post schedules in a timely manner and efficiently utilize staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews, counseling, and corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide feedback and oversight on staff documentation.
  • Assist with incident and accident reports and participate in investigations as needed.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Social Science degree or equivalent work experience.
  • One year of supervisory experience required.
  • Previous experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related disorders preferred.
