Role Summary:


Are you passionate about animal welfare and skilled in providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a friendly and motivated Veterinary Client Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients.

In this essential position, you will ensure that both clients and their pets receive outstanding service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver friendly and professional customer service to clients and their pets.
2. Process payments and manage invoicing.
3. Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and gather necessary medical histories.
4. Verify patient immunization and test statuses.
5. Communicate effectively with veterinary staff regarding patient arrivals and required treatments.
6. Assist in filling prescriptions and managing product requests as directed by veterinary professionals.
7. Accurately enter data into our management software.
