About This Role

Saks OFF 5TH is a leading luxury off-price retailer, offering a unique shopping experience to customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to sales and service
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, promotions, and customer service policies
  • Collaborate with store management to drive sales and achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Manage the opening and closing of the store, including bank deposits, balancing point of sale drawers, and maintaining physical security
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, aligning with our core values of trust, integrity, and respect
  • Build strong relationships with customers and team members, resulting in repeat business and a positive work environment
  • Maintain sales-floor standards, including replenishment and presentation, general appearance, and cleanliness of the department
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on company procedures, technologies, and best practices
  • Model and coach selling behaviors to meet or exceed key performance indicators
  • Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures, as well as Health and Safety protocols and Emergency procedures
