Bird Rock Coffee Roasters is celebrated for its award-winning coffee. At our latest venue, we are excited to unveil a new concept featuring Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas.
Position Overview
We are in search of a passionate and energetic individual to become part of our culinary team. In this position, you will engage in various responsibilities including food preparation, pizza crafting, dishwashing, and customer interaction. While prior experience is not mandatory, familiarity with Neapolitan-style pizza is advantageous.
Core Responsibilities
- Ingredient Preparation: Assist in preparing pizza ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, preparing dough, and creating sauces.
- Pizza Crafting: Participate in the process of making our signature wood-fired pizzas.
- Workstation Upkeep: Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required, but a love for food and eagerness to learn is essential.
- Experience with Neapolitan-style pizza is a plus.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
