About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, working closely with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, adhering to individual care plans and reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team.
  • Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, and communicate any changes to your supervisor.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
  • Ensure a clean and hygienic environment, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, changing linens, and repositioning residents as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and visitors, providing a compassionate and supportive presence.
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
