Job Overview:


We are seeking an exceptional Director of Performance Marketing to join our in-house Platform Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end pipeline of ad management, encompassing concept development, creative implementation, audience targeting, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Profit and Loss (P/L) ownership for one or multiple channels, with a budget of $250k - $1mm per month.
  • Creative concepting: Sourcing financial articles, building briefs, and collaborating with freelancers to design innovative creative concepts.
  • Campaign performance: Bid setting, audience optimization, and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign efficiency.
  • Setup pixels using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Customer Acquisition Platform Interface (CAPI).
  • Collaborate with the product team to personalize and optimize a complex conversion funnel.

Requirements and Skills:



  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing campaign management, with a minimum budget of $250k per month.
  • Hands-on experience managing ads in Google Ads and/or Meta.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to analyze complex down-funnel data in spreadsheets, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and custom dashboards.
  • Experience running experiments (A/B creative tests, conversion lift tests, etc.) and analyzing data.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and key performance metrics (CPM, CVR, CPA, CPC, and LTV).
  • SQL or other data analysis skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, project management, and excellent communication ability.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to growing the display channel and meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of finance and investing is a plus.
