Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Performance Marketing to join our in-house Platform Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end pipeline of ad management, encompassing concept development, creative implementation, audience targeting, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profit and Loss (P/L) ownership for one or multiple channels, with a budget of $250k - $1mm per month.
- Creative concepting: Sourcing financial articles, building briefs, and collaborating with freelancers to design innovative creative concepts.
- Campaign performance: Bid setting, audience optimization, and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign efficiency.
- Setup pixels using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Customer Acquisition Platform Interface (CAPI).
- Collaborate with the product team to personalize and optimize a complex conversion funnel.
Requirements and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing campaign management, with a minimum budget of $250k per month.
- Hands-on experience managing ads in Google Ads and/or Meta.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to analyze complex down-funnel data in spreadsheets, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and custom dashboards.
- Experience running experiments (A/B creative tests, conversion lift tests, etc.) and analyzing data.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and key performance metrics (CPM, CVR, CPA, CPC, and LTV).
- SQL or other data analysis skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, project management, and excellent communication ability.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to growing the display channel and meeting targets.
- Knowledge of finance and investing is a plus.
