Educational Caregiver Role in Early Learning

Bright Horizons offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue their passion for early learning as a Child Care Teacher. This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about creating engaging activities and fostering a supportive environment for young children.
As an Educational Caregiver at Bright Horizons, you will have the chance to lead activities based on the interests and needs of the children, communicate daily with parents, and document milestones in their child's day. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements, including passing required state and company background checks, having at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, and possessing a CDA, or equivalent ECE degree. An AA or higher degree in ECE is preferred, as well as at least one year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
About the Role- Create and lead activities based on observations of the children's interests and needs

The compensation range for this position is $17.50 - $21.35 per hour.
