About the Role
Cable ONE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Field Technicians and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of Field Technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Analyze operations and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and quality.
- Implement standard safety training and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee training for field personnel and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Distribute and review work assignments of Lead Technicians and ensure they are completed to the highest standard.
- May fulfill duties of Lead Technicians or Advanced Technicians as needed, including installing and servicing Cable ONE's products.
- Perform after-hours network stand-by, troubleshooting, and repair as required.
- Inspect and evaluate completed field work to ensure it meets Cable ONE's technical standards and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of the Advanced Lead Technician.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team leader and motivate team members to achieve their best.
- Valid driver's license for the state in which employed.
- Excellent communication, technical, and public relation skills.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely.
- Ability to work in all seasons and regularly scheduled weekends.
