Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements:
- New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an RN.
- Basic Life Support Training and Infection Control Training.
- Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems.
