Job Opportunity

Sports Field Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Athletic Field Groundskeeper to join our team at Baylor University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and restore sports fields to ensure optimal playing conditions.
  • Monitor and address irrigation issues, turf stress, disease, and pest management concerns.
  • Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, and sod cutters.
  • Collaborate with other grounds staff to achieve team goals.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and assist with tarp handling during inclement weather.

Requirements:

  • Groundskeeping experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.
  • Passion for learning and producing high-quality work.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
