Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices, policies, and procedures to provide optimal patient care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferably in a Perinatal setting.
- Current certifications in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM), STABLE, ACLS, and NRP.
