Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Direct Support Professional to join our team at Reaghard House in Cheswick, PA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex physical, medical, and intellectual challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Enrich the lives of residents through individualized care and ongoing support
• Encourage skill development through active treatment activities
• Implement individualized programs and record daily progress notes
• Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities
• Assist with meals, cleaning, and laundry duties
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Bathe, dress, and assist clients with personal hygiene
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable means of transportation
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screening
