Treace Medical Concepts Inc is seeking a seasoned Medical Education professional to lead our Medical Education programs. As Vice President, Medical Education, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to educate healthcare professionals about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Medical Education strategies to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead the development and execution of Medical Education events, including cadaveric labs, webinars, and didactic presentations.
  • Engage with surgeons and faculty to capture voice of customer insights and develop needs-based educational programs.
  • Oversee the development and execution of faculty engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of successful medical education, medical affairs, and/or marketing experience.
  • 7 years' Medical Education experience in the medical device or related industry required.
  • Leadership experience at a director or higher level, leading a medical education function.
  • Experience in the medical device industry strongly preferred.
