As a Physician Assistant at TruCare Clinic LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in:

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans based on patient needs and medical conditions
  • Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures
  • Prescribing medications and providing patient education on medication use, potential side effects, and precautions
  • Performing procedures such as wound care, suturing, and minor surgical interventions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
  • Providing counseling and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare decisions and treatment options
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experience in public health, triage, or emergency medicine is preferred
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic
  • Familiarity with senior care, family planning, IV infusion, esthetic laser treatment, discharge planning, clinical research, and nursing home settings is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments
