Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated CNC Programmer to engage with state-of-the-art technologies in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to create high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate CNC programs for Turning and/or Milling machines utilizing Mastercam software
  • Analyze technical drawings to grasp part specifications and tolerances
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they are properly calibrated
  • Oversee machine operations to maintain quality standards
  • Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting as required
  • Collaborate with the production team
  • Uphold a safe working environment
  • Strive for continuous improvement in production processes
  • Maintain detailed records of programming activities

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in CNC programming
  • Proficient in Mastercam software
  • Familiarity with mill turn CNC and CNC milling machines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of material properties in machining
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to adhering to safety standards
  • Relevant certification or diploma is preferred
