As a Ready Mix Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely and safe delivery of our products. • Safely operate a ready mix truck, adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver concrete to customers, using the most efficient route as directed by the Dispatcher or Plant Manager.
• Complete pre and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure compliance with DOT standards.
• Record and report any maintenance issues that may impact work production or safety.
• Understand and apply knowledge of different mix designs, inspecting the mix for proper materials and making adjustments as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating professionally and courteously with customers to complete delivery and collect payment.
• Maintain vehicles, plant, and shop to promote a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
• Complete all required paperwork, using tablets or cell phones to ensure proper accounting and timekeeping practices.

• Class A or B CDL and current Medical DOT card.
• Personal protective equipment is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Dependability and reliability, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with continuous exposure to weather elements.
