SureStaff LLC is actively seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of a high-energy distribution center, engaging in various facets of warehouse functions, including:

  • Shipping & Receiving: Involvement in picking and packing processes.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Utilizing RF scanners for effective inventory tracking.
  • Equipment Operation: Proficient use of reach trucks, dock stockers, order pickers, and turret trucks.

Applicants should possess a minimum of six months of relevant experience. Successful candidates will be able to work autonomously and exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving. At SureStaff LLC, we prioritize the well-being of our team members. All temporary staff are offered competitive pay ranging from $16 to $18.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Shifts Available:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an orderly shipping and receiving area.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.
  • Load and unload pallets, ensuring proper scanning into the inventory control system.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and RF scanners.
  • Conduct cleaning and maintenance tasks, reporting any unsafe conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
