About the Opportunity

Southwest Eye Institute is a leading provider of medical and surgical eye care in West Texas, Southern New Mexico, and Northern Mexico. As a Cataract Surgeon at our institute, you will be part of a collegial team of 7 surgeons, 5 optometrists, and dedicated technicians, scribes, and front office staff who treat a wide variety of eye diseases.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ophthalmology and excellent surgical skills. A competitive salary is offered, with an estimated annual compensation of $400,000-$600,000 based on productivity incentives.
