Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a Spirit Halloween store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining Guest Services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Establish and maintain Guest Services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Control expenses and manage inventory to minimize shrink
  • Lead and develop a team of retail staff to achieve store goals
  • Ensure store appearance and presentation meet company standards

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Prior retail management experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail management, preferably in a seasonal or Halloween-themed store
