Urology Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Urology team at Northern Arizona Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, education, and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and conditions, gathering relevant health information to develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans, adapting to changing patient conditions and needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide direct patient care, using the nursing process to ensure quality and safety.
- Assist with procedures, administer injections, perform phlebotomy, and take patient calls as needed.
- Participate in creating and sustaining a learning environment, engaging in professional interactions with peers and students.
- Focus on personal development, staying current with state and federal regulations, and company policies.
- Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid participating compact license.
- BLS (American Heart Assoc.) certification.
- ACLS certification.
- BSN degree (required for RNs hired on or after 7/1/2016).
