Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. This figure takes into account factors such as location, job responsibilities, and qualifications.

Job DescriptionThis senior associate project manager role in the Detroit Metropolitan area may be involved in all phases of construction projects, including procurement documents, contract specifications, construction plans, review of construction documents, schedule control, cost control, and change orders. The prospective candidate is expected to interact daily with various stakeholders such as owners, designers, contractors, and suppliers influencing the project toward efficient execution.

ResponsibilitiesAs a senior associate project manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, develop and maintain project documentation, and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required. Experience in the water/wastewater industry is strongly preferred. 10 + years' experience in the construction industry required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Experience in collaborating on project issues and working independently with minimal direction. Experience with reviewing and writing construction specifications required. Experience with the development of construction procurement documents required. Hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred. Experience with presenting work products and facilitating work sessions required. Prior experience with construction submittals and RFI processes a plus.
