Research Grants Administrator

George Washington University seeks a highly skilled Research Grants Administrator to support the post-award administration of sponsored projects. This role will facilitate reimbursements, purchase orders, service agreements, invoice payments, and payroll distributions, ensuring compliance with grant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Primary point of contact for all post-award actions.
- Ensure proper allocation and management of funds, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable regulations, policies, and protocols.
- Assist principal investigators with key documentation for post-award submissions.
Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and have a solid understanding of financial management and grant regulations.
Preferred Qualifications- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Proficient use of computers, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
