Job Description: As a Bus Staff member at Sixty Vines, your primary responsibilities include providing friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful service to guests by following established quality and time standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining high awareness of cleanliness in the restaurant, not only at tables but throughout its entirety, supporting servers, bartenders, and other team members by helping to maintain tables and efficiently delivering correct food and drinks to guests, and assisting in any special cleaning projects, including repair and maintenance.

  • Communicate with guests and coworkers in a positive, friendly, and hospitable manner
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work, and adhere to uniform guidelines, which include an ironed shirt, black apron, wrinkle-free black pants, slip-resistant shoes, and black socks, as well as professional grooming standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of station during shift, stock and replenish supplies as needed, and maintain adequate levels of ice for drink preparation
  • Deliver food orders accurately and execute proper food placement and removal at all tables
  • Buss and manicure tables throughout the restaurant, polish silverware and glassware, and communicate any questions or concerns to management

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a High School diploma or equivalent, be able to read English, stand for long periods, lift a minimum of 50 lbs, properly use a knife and other equipment required for tasks, and utilize a tray to assist in delivering food and drink items to guests. Additionally, you must maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC certification, practice proper sanitation procedures, and follow regulations regarding alcohol sales and service.
