Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
  • Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested.
  • Remove items from hallways and transport to service areas, including debris, room service food and beverage trays, unread newspapers, soiled linens, and trash.
  • Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment.
Requirements
  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.90 to $26.90 per hour, as well as health care benefits, retirement benefits, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
