Job ResponsibilitiesAs an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Post-Acute Care: Provide care to patients in post-acute settings.
- Monitoring Vital Signs: Track patients' physical and mental wellbeing and vital signs.
- Documenting Health Concerns: Document patients' health concerns and medical histories.
- Reviewing Medical Records: Review patients' medical records and charts.
- Maintaining Medical Supplies: Help maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies.
- Contributing to a Safe Environment: Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Assisting with Medical Procedures: Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies.
Requirements:
- LPN Educational Training: Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program.
COVID-19 Considerations:
Clinicians must be vaccinated against Covid-19.
