Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a dynamic school district in Sandwich, MA.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individual student needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy services.
Qualifications:

For SLP:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
  • Massachusetts SLP license.
  • Experience in providing speech therapy services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a school team setting.
  • Dedication to helping students achieve their communication goals.

For SLPA:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLPA certification preferred).
  • Massachusetts SLPA certification.
  • Experience working as an SLPA in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assist in therapy services and support SLPs in achieving student goals.
