About the Role

At ReNew Wound Care, we're committed to providing the most advanced treatment protocols available in the post-acute setting.

We partner with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals to deliver exceptional wound care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds, developing individualized treatment plans to address chronic or acute wounds.
  • Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare teams at each facility to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress.
  • Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Valid NP License and Board Certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in advanced wound care, preferably with certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN).
  • Ability to travel frequently to various locations.
