Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, seating them in a timely manner, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our service staff. You'll also be responsible for having a general knowledge of our menu and being able to recommend and upsell products. Additionally, you'll be expected to entertain wait times with hospitality, offer beverages and food tasting services as applicable, and answer phones in a prompt and professional manner. If you're a team player who is committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet guests and seat them in a timely manner
* Ensure a smooth handoff to service staff
* Have a general knowledge of our menu and be able to recommend and upsell products
* Entertain wait times with hospitality
* Offer beverages and food tasting services as applicable

**Requirements:**

**Language and Reasoning Skills:**

* Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to other employees, customers, and managers
* Ability to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions and implement at the same
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
* Ability to understand policies and procedures and to follow them
