Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have remarkable knowledge of physical therapy principles, theories, and methods in their application in a rehabilitation environment.

As a Physical Therapist with FeldCare Connects, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering premier excellence of care to adults of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop effective treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
  • Deliver a variety of treatments, including exercises, manual therapies, and education, to enhance patients' well-being and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, adhering to confidentiality and discretion guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and quality assurance.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.
  • Completion of a Physical Therapist curriculum approved by The American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Able to work independently, with flexibility to manage schedules and prioritize tasks.
  • Bilingual ability a plus.
