Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive rehab environment, utilizing progressive treatment modalities.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in physical therapy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Licensed in the state where the SNF is located.
  • Previous experience in a rehab SNF setting is preferred.
