Part-Time Phlebotomist Opportunity

RMA Network is seeking a skilled Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our team in Eatontown, NJ. The ideal candidate will work a flexible schedule, including Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30am to 10:30am, and Wednesday from 5:30am to 1:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform venipunctures and finger sticks with precision and care.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain daily tallies of collections performed and turnover draw stations in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to OSHA guidelines and ensure a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Phlebotomy Program is required.
  • State certification is preferred.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills and 3 years of recent experience in a high patient volume environment are necessary.
  • EMR experience and exceptional computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, are a plus.
