Job Description
  • Delivering nursing care to our residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
  • Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Providing education and training to our staff on topics related to gerontology and care delivery.
  • Developing and implementing programs to promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with our community partners to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements
  • Current state license as an LPN or RN and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements) or RN.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
  • Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.
