Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing, with at least 10 years of experience in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a framing crew and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Own tools of the trade and a strong understanding of framing techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Benefits:
  • $28-$35 per hour (DOE) plus health benefits.
