We are seeking a part-time Bilingual Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to provide therapy to very young children, ages birth to three, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage referrals and determine eligibility through standardized assessments and observations.
- Develop treatment plans as indicated by assessments.
- Provide therapy in both a home visit and center-based model.
- Document all services provided in a database.
- Provide training and consultation to staff.
- Assist with the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent for the state of Utah.
- Experience providing therapy to young children.
- Good communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English.
- Good record keeping ability and computer skills.
- Full mobility, ability to see, hear, and speak, and lift up to 20 lbs.
