Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess mental health conditions, develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and ensure thorough documentation
  • Deliver exceptional service and collaborate with a diverse team to address community needs
  • Employ innovative strategies in therapy to assist clients in achieving their objectives
  • Prepare and submit documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 28 client sessions weekly for full-time status
  • Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) is required
  • Experience in conducting biopsychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques (e.g., EMDR, DBT, CBT) and working with diverse populations
  • Full licensure and credentialing with insurance panels is preferred
