Job Summary

Masonic Village at Elizabethtown is seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers while they enjoy our pools. This is a part-time position, working a flexible schedule relative to the needs of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe environment for our customers.
  • Responsible for attending on-going training and in-servicing to be compliant with American Red Cross skill level.
  • Follow all policy/procedures at each pool.
  • Responsible for working a flexible schedule relative to the needs of the program.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates ability to perform American Red Cross or equivalent skills for Life Guard.
  • Demonstrates computer skills used to operate the check-in software.
  • Maintains professional certification Life Guard, CPR, First Aid, AED.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
